ACCOMMODATION REGULATIONS AGREEMENT

 

This agreement is on one side; Kale Mah. Cami Yanı Sok. No: 9 Eğirdir / ISPARTA and the CUSTOMER or AGENT (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) who makes a reservation, who accepts the following conditions in advance by entering / sending all personal information electronically, transmitting it over the phone or via e-mail or sending / confirming it by any means, whose name and IP address are known if an online reservation is made and / or whose name and identity information are known during the reservation process.

 

GUEST/CUSTOMER

By making a reservation at any of our company's facilities by phone, e-mail, online, offline or any other means, Müşteri agrees in advance to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Pension reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice or liability.

 

ACCOMMODATION PAYMENT

The prices of accommodation and other additional accounts may vary depending on the currency of the country where the transaction is made.

The accommodation fee is collected in advance upon check-in at the pension and with one of the cash/credit card single payment options.

The invoice for transfers made to us from the company account is issued to the company information. We kindly ask you to provide the invoice information during the reservation.

When you check-in, make sure that the reservation you made includes breakfast, is room only or half-board. Make sure that your reservation was paid online or that there is a “pay at the hotel” option. Make your payment by clarifying your payment accordingly.

 

EXTENSION OF ACCOMMODATION PERIOD

For extension of stay in our pension or for any other situation, it is necessary to inform the reception at least 1 day in advance.

 

WAITING LIST

If our pension is full, we may put your request on hold and if a place becomes available, we will give priority to your request. Please contact our front desk (Reception).

 

CHILD

Çocuk discounts are valid with an adult.

GUEST REGISTRATION

All customers who will stay are required to present their valid passport or identity documents to the reception upon check-in and to create a record. Customers who do not present their identity will not be accepted to stay.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the identity documents presented.

The identity information of all customers staying in the guest rooms will be reported to the security units by the guest house in accordance with the legal regulations.

In order to protect the health and safety of customers and employees, the customer must report to the guest house any contagious disease and/or suspicion, other illness or suspicion of illness in themselves or their companions before check-in. The guest house may request additional documents or information in such cases and may unilaterally terminate the reservation/rental agreement. In this case, our guest house will not refund the customer any money or make a discount on the reservation amount.

 

BOOKING A ROOM (RESERVATION)

By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you are authorized to do so on behalf of all persons named in the reservation and that all members of your group agree to be bound by the reservation Conditions.

A confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when your reservation is made. Please keep a copy of this confirmation for informational purposes. Reservation confirmations are made subject to the occupancy of the pension.

You should carefully review the details in the confirmation as soon as you receive it. If there is an error or omission, you should contact Fulya Pension immediately.

We do not accept any responsibility for any error or omission that is not reported to us within twenty-four hours of the confirmation being sent or for any incorrect/incorrect information you provide to us.

The customer cannot request a room other than the one they have booked.

Accommodation may be requested in a higher class room, subject to availability and payment of the price difference.

During the check-in regarding the number of people and the age of the children, if there is a situation that is different from the information at the time of reservation, the price difference will be requested from the customer at the time of check-in. If the room capacity is exceeded, the customer will be directed to a higher class room and the price difference will be requested from the customer.

 

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

To our pension - Check-in starts at 14:00. - Check-out is done by 11:00 at the latest. We would like to thank you in advance for your sensitivity especially regarding check-out time.

 

EARLY CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

Guests who want to check in to our hotel earlier than 14:00 can stay if their rooms are ready.

Our guests who check in early will be charged an additional fee for breakfast on the morning they arrive.

If you need to leave early, please inform the reception by 11:00 on the day of your departure.

If you inform us after 11:00 for early departure, the full fee will be added to your account.

 

LATE CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

Late check-out requests can be accepted depending on room availability. If your late check-out request is accepted, your own room, if available, or a different room, will be sold in your name between 12:00-24:00.

For your late check-out request; if your request is approved after speaking to the reception, a half-day room fee will be applied for requests made until 15:00 at the latest. If your request is made after 17:00, a full-day fee will be charged.

An additional fee may be added to your account for late check-outs. You can get information from the front desk (reception).

 

ROOM TYPE AND FLOOR SELECTION

There are many different types of rooms in our pension. Each room has its own unique design. The images on our website and other channels are for informational purposes. Room design & decorations and sizes may vary. After the reservation, if the customer requests, the reservation document and reservation contract can be sent to him/her via the specified method (e-mail, SMS, etc.). In order to avoid errors, the customer must read and review the contract in detail.

Each room has its own different price calculation and the coverage limit of each room varies. Therefore, you need to choose the room that the system/staff directs you to according to the number of people.

Since we are a small facility with 9 rooms, room distribution is determined according to our reservation priority and availability calendar, so we cannot always guarantee a room on the floor you want and with the bed type you want.

Since we are a facility with 9 rooms, our customers can choose the room and floor they want to stay in according to availability before the reservation. The paid room is withdrawn from the sale and the final reservation document is sent to your name by e-mail.

 

ADDITIONAL BED

We do not have extra beds.

 

FOOD ITEMS PURCHASED FROM OUTSIDE

It is not allowed to bring food and beverages from outside to our guesthouse and consume them in common areas. We do not accept any responsibility for any health problems that our guests may encounter due to these food items. It is strictly prohibited anyway.

 

GUESTS WITH CHILDREN

We are always happy to see children with their parents at our hotel. Children under the age of 18 can stay with their parents.

Parents are always responsible for watching their children within the boarding house. Please do not forget to bring your children's IDs with you.

Since there are no extra beds in our rooms, we recommend that families with two or more children book 2 rooms next to each other for their comfort.

Children should never be left alone on the balcony and should not be allowed to climb on furniture in the room. Children should be accompanied on stairs etc.

 

GUEST VISITOR

Visitors are prohibited from entering the room or other areas within the pension without informing the reception. In such cases, the visitor is taken out of the pension. Unregistered visitors are prohibited from entering the room.

Guests are prohibited from letting guests from outside into their rooms. They can meet in common shared areas.

 

SMOKING

To protect the historical texture of our boarding house and due to local laws, smoking and tobacco products are not allowed in the closed general areas of the boarding house. If smoking is done, a fine will be applied in accordance with the law.

Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, bathrooms, corridors, breakfast areas, waiting rooms and stairs. Smoking is allowed on the room balcony and in areas where smoking is not allowed.

 

ROOM EQUIPMENT

It is forbidden to take towels, clothes hangers, TV & air conditioning remote controls, kettle, glasses, hair dryers out of the room.

Care should be taken not to damage electrical appliances and furniture in the room.

In case of damage or theft of guesthouse items, the guest undertakes to pay the fee determined by the business or the fee requested by the technical service that arrives.

 

KITCHEN USE

It is not possible for anyone other than employees to use the kitchen.

We would like to remind you that our guests, especially those with babies or small children, should make a reservation considering this situation, as we do not have facilities such as boiling baby bottles or making baby food in our kitchen.

 

DISTURBING SITUATIONS

The customer is obliged to behave in good faith with the people living in the mansion and the surrounding area.

It is strictly forbidden for our guests to disturb each other.

It is forbidden to talk loudly and listen to TV/music throughout the pension.

Those who exhibit noise and disturbing behavior in the hotel despite warnings will be dismissed from our pension without a refund.

It is kindly requested that you be SILENT especially after 23:00. Let's not forget the comfort of our guests in the adjacent rooms.

Let's not slam the doors.

Let's not talk loudly.

Let's not listen to TV or music at a loud volume.

Let's prevent our children from making loud noises.

 

The accommodation of guests who are disruptive and fighting in the pension will be terminated immediately.

 

ALCOHOLIC DRINKS

We do not sell or serve alcoholic beverages.

 

PET

Pets (dogs, cats) are accepted in our animal friendly pension.

 

BICYCLE FRIENDLY PENSION

You can get all the services related to your bike.

 

RESERVATION SECURITY

In accordance with the rules determined by the Ministry of Tourism for Accommodation Facilities, as soon as a reservation is made, your rooms are immediately closed for sale in your name and their sale to another guest is prevented.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Your reservation can be canceled unconditionally and a refund will be made up to 3 days before your accommodation date.

If there is less than 3 days left until your accommodation date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

If there is 1 day left until your accommodation date, no cancellation or refund request will be accepted.

Regardless of the sales channel, our guests who make their reservations to our accommodation will be deemed to have accepted our Accommodation Rules written on this page.

 

SPECIAL & VALUABLE ITEMS

The supervision of personal belongings is the sole responsibility of our guests. The guesthouse management assumes no responsibility in the event that our guests' personal belongings are lost or stolen. The guesthouse management assumes no responsibility in the event that personal belongings left in guests' vehicles are stolen. The guesthouse management assumes no responsibility for damage to parked guest vehicles.

The area where you park your vehicle is a PUBLIC SPACE and not PRIVATE.

 

FORGOTTEN AND LOST ITEMS

Our business cannot be held responsible for money, belongings, valuable jewelry, etc. forgotten in the pension.

Found items are kept in the pension for 1 year.

 

BREAKFAST

Our breakfast is served as an open buffet every morning between 08:00 and 10:00 on the terrace floor of our Fulya Pension.

Our service is closed for different requests such as breakfast in the room or breakfast spread.

Our breakfast room is open between 08:00 and 10:00.

The room is cleaned and closed after 10:00.

Our room is only for breakfast service.

 

DINNER

Our A'la Carte Restaurant in Charlys Pension is available for a fee.

Our dinners are served in our restaurant in Charlys Pension, which is also our venue.

You can order before 17:00 to benefit from the daily menu for dinner. If you haven't ordered, you can get the meals prepared in our kitchen.

Guests with gluten sensitivity, vegan/vegetarian and similar special requests should inform us of their requests in advance.

 

DAILY GUEST ACCOUNT MONITORING

Our guests' food and beverage consumption throughout the day can be collected at the end of the day to avoid any disputes.

For our guests who prefer to pay upon check-out, the bill amount will be added to the room records at the end of each day.

 

ROOM KEYS

When you check in, take two keys. One belongs to the room door, the other belongs to the building's exterior door.

When you leave your room, please lock your door and keep the keys with you.

In case of loss of keys, a fee of 50 TL per key will be charged.

 

ROOM SERVICE

We do not have room service.

 

PARKING LOT

Our guests can use the open area in front of and beyond the facility as a parking lot.

It is free of charge.

 

If you give us a call or contact us, when you are 20 meters from the pension, we can assist you to find the closest or available parking place possible.

 

Attention to our guests!

 

Our guests who will check in to our pension on Wednesday, the next day on Thursday, the weekly local market is set up in the neighborhood and the surrounding area is full of vehicles, so if you inform us in advance before parking your vehicles, we can help you park in the appropriate place and you can leave at any time on Thursday morning with your vehicle without any problems.

 

DAMAGE

Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss to the guesthouse caused by themselves, their companions or people under their responsibility.

In case of damage (or theft) to guesthouse property, our guests undertake to pay the fee determined by the guesthouse or requested by the technical service.

It is strictly forbidden to throw any objects or garbage out of the room balcony/window.

 

PERSONAL SECURITY

Our business does not accept any responsibility for any accidents or injuries outside the pension. 

Guests with food sensitivities (allergies) must apply to the reception and fill out a food allergen declaration form.

It is strictly forbidden to lean out of the room balcony/window.

 

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

Room cleaning is not done unless requested by our guests.

If requested, room cleaning is done once a day between 09:00 and 15:00.

This contract, general rules and conditions and any disputes that may arise are subject to Turkish law and Isparta courts have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes.

 

Dear customers, in order to provide you with better service and to fulfill our obligations arising from the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation and other legal regulations, some of your personal information (name, surname, date of birth, mobile phone number, landline phone number, e-mail, gender, address, Turkish identity number, passport number, information that the member has approved to be shared through social media accounts, including but not limited to any personal information that directly or indirectly identifies the user) is requested from you.

 

We would like to state that the information you share with us is securely stored by us and processed in accordance with the "Personal Data Protection Law" legislation.
