The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, including bookings made through this website and mobile phone applications. We kindly ask you to take a short time to read these Terms and Conditions before making a reservation.
When you use this website and reservation system of Fulya Pension, you agree to the Terms and Conditions detailed below, which form the basis of your contract with Fulya Pension.
This Agreement is valid for reservations to be made at Fulya Pension. The title of the person making the reservation will be clearly stated in the reservation information.
Within the framework of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply to the following terms:
“Fulya Pansiyon” Kale Mah. Cami Yanı Sok. No: 9 Eğirdir/ISPARTA-Turkey and named Fulya Pension.
“Reservation” refers to the reservation made to stay at Fulya Pension and to benefit from the functions and/or other services or products we offer.
“Agreement” means the reservation and these Terms and Conditions and other conditions specified to be applied to reservations.
“Pension” means the property for which you have made a Booking.
“Terms” means the Terms contained in this document.
“Website” means the website named www.fulyapension.com.
“VAT” means value added tax.
In addition, “you”, “you” and “your” refer to all persons named in the booking and include any person(s) added to the booking at a future date or substituted for a person in the booking. The words “we”, “us” and “our” all refer to Fulya Pension.
By making a booking, you agree that you are authorized to do so on behalf of all persons named in the booking and confirm that all members of your group agree to be bound by the booking Terms.
When your booking is made, a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided. Please keep a copy of this confirmation for your information. Booking confirmations are subject to availability at the hotel.
As soon as you receive the booking confirmation, you should carefully review the details in the confirmation. In case of any errors or omissions, you should contact Fulya Pension immediately.
We do not accept any responsibility for any error or omission that is not notified to us within twenty-four hours after the confirmation is sent, or in cases where you provide us with incorrect/incorrect information.
At the time of booking or registration, we will receive details of your credit/debit card and by providing us with this information, you authorize us to use the card details you have provided for any debts you may have against us. In addition, in certain circumstances or if the booking involves the provision of certain products or services, we have the right to require full payment in advance or a deposit when making a booking. No booking shall be deemed confirmed until the aforementioned information and permissions have been provided and/or the advance payment or deposit has been made.
We accept the following forms of payment:
Credit cards: MasterCard, Visa.
Checks are not accepted as payment.
At the time of your check-in, we will authorize your credit/debit card to charge your accommodation fees (room rate, VAT and other services that may be charged) and any ancillary expenses expected to be incurred during your stay. Instead of taking a card authorization, we may also choose to obtain a guarantee by using another valid payment method, including cash.
During your stay, the Pension's system will calculate the ancillary expenses that will be charged to your room account on a daily basis. If the amount of these expenses exceeds the amount of the authorization received at the time of registration, an additional authorization will automatically be requested, and if this authorization cannot be obtained, we may require payment by another method or a deposit, otherwise we reserve the right not to allow you to enter your room.
All outstanding charges must be paid in full upon departure from the Pension. If these charges do not exceed the authorization received at the time of registration (check-in), the authorization for the unused amount will be canceled. However, it is beyond our control how long it will take for your bank to process this cancellation. If you are staying at the hostel for several nights, we may ask you to pay the charges more frequently during your stay.
Unless a specific room rate is selected, the rates published on the Websites are average nightly rates per room. Meals, service charges or VAT (according to the applicable rate) are included in the price only if they are stated to be included in the price. Some rates may be subject to conditions relating to minimum length of stay, deposit, cancellation fees and other conditions as may be specified. If a rate is selected on the Websites, the total amount corresponding to the desired length of stay will be shown in the reservation summary. Rates are quoted in the currency of the country in which the Pension is located and the currency calculation tool is only an approximation tool.
The VAT breakdown provided is based on the current VAT rate and shows the VAT expected to apply to the goods or services. VAT will be payable at the rate applicable at the time and place of issuance of the invoice or booking confirmation and may vary depending on the current rate or the VAT treatment of the goods and services purchased at that time.
Pursuant to subparagraph (g) of Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts prepared on the basis of Articles 48 and 84 of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal in contracts for accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply and leisure time for entertainment or recreation, which must be made on a specific date or period.
In case of cancellation or change requests due to force majeure such as natural disasters, health hazards, epidemics, war, threat of war, social unrest, terrorist acts, government decisions or death in the 1st degree immediate family of the reservation holder, the situation will be evaluated by the hotel management. Although no refund is given, the amount of the reservation can be defined as accommodation credit.
Rooms are delivered clean upon arrival.
To ensure security and prevent fraud, guests may be asked to verify their identity at the time of registration by presenting proof of booking, passport/ID card and a valid credit or debit card to be swiped in the presence of the cardholder. If guests are coming from outside Turkey, we are also required by law to ask for the passport/ID card number and place of issuance, as well as details about the guests' future destination. These records will be kept for at least 12 months. These records may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities or made available to law enforcement authorities for inspection in connection with the investigation or prevention of crime or as otherwise required by applicable law. The above information may be requested for each member of your group over the age of 16. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the guesthouse to anyone who cannot provide this information.
Unless otherwise stated in the booking information, guests may check in at any time after 14.00 on the scheduled arrival date. Rooms secured by credit/debit card or prepaid at the time of booking will be held until 23:59 on the scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise agreed directly with the Pension. An unsecured reservation will be held until 16.00 on the arrival date, after which time we will have the right to rent the room to someone else, unless the guest informs the pension that they will be arriving late.
On the check-out date, we ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11.00 am. Depending on the room occupancy, the Guest may wish to check out later than this time. In such a case, he/she will be charged.
Rooms are subject to the maximum occupancy rules set by the Pension. Please contact the Pension for more information.
If you have any special requests, you must inform us at the time of booking. While we will endeavor to accommodate your reasonable requests, we regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee that they will be honored by us unless we are notified in writing by special confirmation that they will be honored.
The mention of a special request in your confirmation or other document, or its submission to the hostel, is not a confirmation that your request will be honored. Failure to meet any special request will not be considered a breach of contract by us unless the request is specifically approved. Reservations are not allowed to be made on condition that any special request is met.
If you decide to check out before the date you are expected to check out, we are under no obligation to refund the unused portion of your reservation or any other costs you are responsible for covering. Depending on the circumstances, such refunds may be covered by your travel insurance and we recommend that you submit claims directly to your insurance company.
If you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, you must follow the method outlined in the booking confirmation.
Please note that some reservations are non-refundable in case of cancellation after confirmation. If the reason you give for your cancellation is covered by the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to claim these costs back.
Cancellation policy depends on the room rate booked. Please refer to the detailed rate descriptions for individual reservations provided at the time of booking.
Rooms in the “Best Available Rate” class - an advance payment for the entire stay is required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable and cannot be changed. The amount of the advance payment will be charged to the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking. Cancellation or no-show will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
Rooms in the “Flexible Rate” class - These reservations can be canceled free of charge until 14.00 local time on the date of arrival. After this time, cancellation and no-show fees will apply and will be charged to the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge one night's accommodation for each room booked in the event of non-compliance with the above cancellation policy.
Very rarely we may need to cancel your reservation. In this case, your money will be refunded in full, but we will have no further liability to you for this cancellation. However, we will make every reasonable effort to transfer a confirmed reservation canceled by us to another accommodation with similar facilities to the Hostel.
Your reservation is for any class of room at the Pension and does not guarantee that you will be able to stay in a particular room or in the same room during your stay. However, we may need to allocate you another room for operational or security reasons. If, at the time of booking, we need to transfer you to another room with a lower price than the room you have booked, we will refund you the difference in price.
We are not responsible if your reservation is canceled due to your failure to comply with the Booking Conditions. Likewise, we will not be liable for any expenses and fees you may have to pay and any damages you may incur as a result of any change or cancellation.
If you fail to make all payments required for your booking in full and on time or if you breach any material provision of these Booking Conditions, we may cancel your booking at any time with immediate effect by written notice (including by email). We also reserve any legal rights and remedies we have as a result of a breach of contract.
We may need to cancel your booking in exceptional circumstances due to 'Force Majeure'. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible and:
If you have paid for your booking, we will refund your payment back to you; or
If you have not made a payment for your reservation, you will not be asked to pay.
We regret that we are unable to cover any costs or losses you may incur as a result of such changes or cancellations.
As used in this clause, 'Force Majeure' means any event which, despite exercising all due care, we are unable to foresee or prevent and as a result we are unable to provide you with your room. These events may include, but are not limited to, war, the threat of war, terrorist activities causing civil unrest and their consequences or the threat of such activities, riots, intervention by government or other regional or national authorities including port and river authorities, industrial disputes, closure of entrances and exits, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, chemical or biological disasters and the adverse effects of weather, sea, ice and river conditions and similar events beyond our control.
Guests should first contact the hotel for dispute resolution. Within 60 days, if mutual agreement cannot be reached, guests can contact us directly by e-mail at [email protected].
These Booking Conditions may be amended and/or supplemented by us at any time. In this case, we will immediately publish the new version of the Booking Conditions online and they will become effective for all our customers.
The total estimated price of the stay includes the room rate, estimated taxes and estimated fees. The estimated total price of the stay does not include any applicable service fees or charges that may be imposed by the hostel. Estimated taxes and estimated fees include applicable local taxes, government fees and facility charges to be estimated by the hostel. Actual taxes and fees may vary.
Currency conversions are estimated and are given for comparison purposes only. The final accommodation amount is payable in the local currency of the guesthouse.
Guests are required to show a valid photo ID upon check-in and a credit card for minor charges.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or cancel a reservation if the guest has engaged in fraud, illegal or other inappropriate acts, or if the reservation contains or results in fraudulent, false or inaccurate elements. Our Privacy Policy applies to all data collected.
If the consumer requests cancellation less than 3 days before the start of the stay, the consumer declares, accepts and undertakes to pay the first night of the accommodation fee to Fulya Pension. In case of the consumer's request to change the service, provided that this change is approved by Fulya Pension, if there is a price difference between the previous service and the new service requested, the consumer must pay the difference to Fulya Pension with the acceptance of the change request. However, if the price of the new service is lower than the previous service price, Fulya Pension will refund the difference to the consumer. Provided that the consumer documents the discomfort of himself or his first degree relatives that prevents him or his first degree relatives from his habitual occupation for 10 days coinciding with the accommodation period, with an official report from a full-fledged state hospital or in case of death, the reservation cancellation request is accepted and the amount paid by the consumer is refunded to him, except for the costs arising from the mandatory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations to be paid and the costs that can be paid to third parties and documented and non-refundable. In this case, reports and documents shall be submitted before the start of the service. In the event that the consumer does not notify in writing that he / she will participate in the accommodation service that he / she missed the start; Fulya Pension has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the consumer after 24 hours. In such cancelations, no refund will be made to the consumer.
If you or anyone accompanying you has a medical condition or disability that may affect your stay, please provide us with full details in writing at the time of booking before making your reservation so that we can review the suitability of the room selected. In all cases, you must provide details in writing at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse the booking if the hostel is unable to properly accommodate the special needs of the person concerned, or to cancel the booking if full details were not provided at the time of booking, when we become aware of these details.
It is strongly recommended that you purchase personal travel insurance for yourself and anyone accompanying you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the coverage you purchase is adequate for your specific needs. Insurance policies are not checked by us.
If you wish to make a complaint during your stay, please inform the hostel manager immediately and he/she will take the necessary measures immediately.
If your complaint is not resolved or if you wish to escalate your complaint to a higher level, please contact us at [email protected] with your reservation number and all other necessary information within 7 days of the end of your stay. In the light of this information, your problem will be determined quickly and the necessary response will be given. If the process described in this article is not followed, it may not be possible for us and the relevant supplier to investigate your complaint and this may affect your rights arising from this agreement.
No liability shall be accepted by us and no compensation shall be payable in respect of injuries, illnesses, loss of life, damages, losses, losses, damages, expenses and other claims of whatever nature in the following circumstances
No liability shall be accepted by us and no compensation shall be payable for the act(s) and/or negligence of the person(s) affected, the act(s) and/or negligence of third party(ies) unrelated to the provision of accommodation under the Contract and which could not have been foreseen or prevented in advance, abnormal or unusual circumstances beyond our control, which could not have been prevented despite the exercise of all care and diligence, or events which we could not have foreseen or prevented despite the exercise of all care and diligence, regardless of the cause.
Our pension is responsible for all transactions related to this reservation from the date of booking on our website until the entrance to the pension.
Any problems that may occur in the facility (electrical malfunction, water malfunction, etc.) will be repaired or maintained as soon as possible. However, we would like to remind you that there may be delays due to the very busy summer months. Due to the fact that we live in a small district, infrastructure failures are very common. Electricity and water cuts are frequently visible. We inform you that there may be disruptions in our water and electricity service that we provide to our guests due to these and similar events that develop outside our business and that such disruptions are beyond our responsibility.
Our pension is not responsible for the personal belongings of the guests in any way. We recommend our guests to be careful considering that there may be theft incidents in holiday resorts.
Faults arising from the facility (electricity, water, internet, etc. from service providers) that affect the comfort of accommodation will be resolved within 48 hours. In cases exceeding this period, the Guest may be refunded or the Guest may continue to stay in different facilities offered by Fulya Pension.
All our facilities, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed. However, due to their seasonal and location in the environment; butterflies, insects, flies, bees, scorpions, ants, etc. the possibility of being found should be taken into consideration. Fulya Pension will not be held responsible for this situation.
The pension will in no way be responsible for any damage or damage to the items left by the guests in the pension building.
By making a booking, you accept liability for any damage or loss caused by you or any person in your group. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of any such damage or loss to your credit or debit card or, if your credit or debit card is insufficient, to demand payment in cash and you hereby authorize us to do so. Otherwise, you will be liable for any subsequent claims for damages that may be made against you. You also agree to pay all future legal costs incurred by us and any third party injured by reason of such loss or damage.
Due to the limited parking space in front of the pension, there may only be a limited number of spaces available during your stay. However, there is a possibility to park 20 meters back from the pension on the free space belonging to the neighborhood. Please contact the Pension directly for more information. The owner of the vehicle is responsible for any hazards that may arise from leaving vehicles and their contents in the parking lot. We do not accept any liability for loss or damage to vehicles left in the parking lot or for theft, except in cases where liability is compulsorily assumed or cannot be limited according to the relevant laws. As we have stated, the parking lot area belonging to the neighborhood is public and not private.
Guests are asked to behave appropriately at all times and to comply with the Pension's guidelines and/or the demands of the Pension in relation to the rules of conduct, the property in the Pension, the Pension staff, other guests and their health and safety. Guests are asked not to disturb the peace and tranquillity of other guests, interfere with the smooth operation of the Pension or assault other guests or Pension staff. If, based on reasonable grounds, we believe that these conditions have been violated, we reserve the right not to allow you and your group to stay at the Pension or to use the services or to remove you and those persons from the Pension. In such a case, we will not be liable to refund you for the loss of your room, other services or any other damage or expense you incur.
By law, guests are not allowed to smoke cigarettes/tobacco and tobacco products in the rooms or common areas, but smoking is allowed on the room balcony and in open areas designated by the management.
In case of contrary behavior, the sanctions and fines stipulated in the relevant laws will be applied. If it is discovered that the guest has been smoking, the relevant fine and additional costs, including but not limited to the costs of deep cleaning and burn repair, if necessary, will be added to the invoice.
Your phone calls are never recorded.
A closed circuit television system is used 24 hours a day in and around the Pension building for the following purposes: detection and prevention of crime, protection of the health and safety of guests and employees, protection and administrative management of the Pension and quality control.
By making a reservation, booking a room or visiting the Pension, you agree to the use of the closed-circuit television system in and around the building, to the storage of the information recorded in this system and to the use by law enforcement authorities in any event if deemed necessary.
If you or anyone in your group has a health condition or disability that may affect your stay at the Pension, please call the Pension and inform us so that we can make arrangements to meet the special requirements of the person(s) concerned or inform you that we are unable to make such arrangements. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if the Pension is unable to make arrangements to meet such special requirements because we were not informed at the time of booking.
The Agreement and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection therewith shall be governed by Turkish law.
The courts and enforcement offices of Isparta shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of the Agreement, including disputes relating to non-contractual obligations.
Each party hereby irrevocably waives any objection it may now or in the future assert to any action being brought in the courts of Isparta (whether on the grounds that such courts lack jurisdiction or otherwise).
Although all reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Website, the Pension accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions in this information and reserves the right to change, cancel or vary any arrangement on the Website without notice.
The copyright on the content of the Website belongs to Fulya Pension and this content may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed or modified for any purpose whatsoever without prior written permission.
The brands used on the Website are the property of the relevant brand owners. Links to third party websites are provided for your convenience. We do not accept responsibility for the content or use of these sites.
A person with an internet connection anywhere in the world can access this Website. However, the Website may not be available at all times due to maintenance or repair or computer problems or internet downtime, interruption of internet service or other unforeseen circumstances.
We endeavor to ensure the accuracy of all information and prices on our Website and in marketing materials; however, changes or errors may occur from time to time and we reserve the right to correct other details and prices in such cases. You should review all other details of your selected booking and the current rate before making a reservation.
Fulya Pension reserves the right to cancel, change or vary the arrangements and content on the Website and/or make changes or amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
