ANIMAL FRIENDLY REGULATION and CONTRACT

We know that your best friend deserves special attention, you can bring your best friend with you on your trip to Fulya Pension.

In order to provide you with a safe and peaceful stay, for the comfort and safety of all our guests and pets, our pet owners are expected to act responsibly and comply with the following rules and guidelines.

  • Pet bedding, food and water bowls are provided by the owners.
  • The pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by the guest.
  • The pet must be kept on a leash in the guesthouse or on the guesthouse property unless in the guestroom.
  • Pets must not be left unattended.
  • Pets must not be left alone in the room.
  • Pets must be with their owner and on a leash outside or inside the room during room cleaning.
  • Pets must be kept under supervision and supervision in the general areas of the boarding house determined by the management, always on a leash. Pets cannot be left unattended and are the sole responsibility of the owner.
  • Products and services such as towels, plates, glasses, etc. offered to guests cannot be used by pets.
  • Pets are not allowed in any eating and drinking area of the pension.
  • Our guests who have pets are responsible for cleaning the general areas and surroundings of the pension after pet walks.
  • Disturbances such as barking should be reduced so that other guests are not disturbed.
  • Documents such as health certificate, vaccination papers, etc. showing regular veterinary records of your pet are expected to be accompanied by our pet owner guest during the stay and to be presented to the management in case of Fulya Pension's request.
  • All guests entering the guesthouse with their pets are required to sign the ‘Pet Application’ form.
  • The ‘Pet Application/Pet Acceptancy’ form is sent in advance to the guest who notifies that he/she will be travelling with his/her pet at the reservation stage. The veterinary examination and vaccination cards of the pet brought to the pension must be shown during C/I. This issue is communicated to the guest at the reservation stage.
  • During the holiday, in case of vomiting, urine, etc. in the room caused by the pet during the holiday, a fee of 10 € is charged for the floor-cleaning staff requested from the reception.
  • Our guests who have pets are directly responsible for any attack, disability or injury of their pets, or any physical damage caused by their pets to the pension business. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the pension, its owners and operator from any liability and damages caused by their pet. The hostel reserves the right to charge the cost of such damages to the guest's account.
  • Our guests who have pets agree to exempt Fulya Pension, the owner of the facility and the pension subsidiaries from any personal losses, damages, damages and liabilities that may arise from their pets or that they may encounter due to their pets.
  • In the event that our pet owner guests do not comply with the above-mentioned rules or if their pets are found to behave in a way that disturbs other guests, the pet owner guest agrees in advance to the remedial solutions that Fulya Pension will find in order to prevent the discomfort of other guests (such as changing rooms or leaving the hotel).
  • Fuya Pension keeps the number of pets to stay in the room and the whole pension at the same time limited. It has the right to change this number when necessary.
  • Fuya Pension management reserves the right to refuse service to guests who do not comply with the pet-friendly directive.

 

 

PETS ENTRY APPLICATION

The guest declares that the care and responsibility of the pet belongs to him/her in accordance with the above information, and that he/she accepts all applications including additional fees and cancellation of the accommodation by the pension management in case the animal does not behave in accordance with the rules of the pension, and that he/she will cover the possible damage caused by the pet.
